That's weird. because you need to come to KSA within 3 months since visa issue date. So there may be chance that you need to go through all paper works again should they make decision that you can...

From what I heard, you can have 3 months after joining NEOM to submit the degree attestation. So you dont need it for visa.

Thank you very much for your reply. The salary 113k euro they offered to me already included allowances, meaning base is only 28k SAR. Did you manage to negotiate the salary higher than 38k SAR...
