I interviewed on a Sunday, then had a second the same week on a Tuesday and then had an offer on Friday. Longest process has been my ARCO police certificate.

I'd be keen to understand this as well. I've heard bonuses depend on business KPI targets and are obviously discretionary but would love to know what the bonus payouts were for the last year or two.

Thanks mate for the quick response. I don't think I'll be ready yet. In my head I had 2 weeks from the visa (expected it end of this month and received it!) which put me around the 14th to move over....

just the salary as they look at your contractual renumeration to determine the uplift. Bonuses are discretionary and do not tie into the offer.

Agreed, but I think I saw on previous posts over the years they try and normalise the salaries within teams therefore annual review raises may be a bit disportional to allow for salaries to catch-up.

Unfortunately their salary offer is pretty much non negotiable. They require your last 3 pay checks. Highly unlikely that they'll accept a counter offer by means of a basis to apply the uplift to....
