I agree i am very fortunate, i was able to get a family doctor as my inlaws / wife already had one and I've heard of the great struggle many others go through to get one. All my family members here...

Well I applied online 'Inland' because I came to Canada as a visitor and my wife then sponsored me to stay... so with the online application you submit on a portal and then create a tracking account...

Well actually we came across the area by chance because my inlaws retired here 15 years ago (they had visited from Calgary and also fell in love with the province, the South shore in particular 😀)...

I'm English, and my wife is Canadian from Calgary. We have recently moved to the South shore of NS (Lunenburg) and we absolutely love it. It is absolutely beautiful and the people are very friendly....

Thank you. I have just received a letter saying they yave mailed it now and should arrive within 6 weeks hopefully it won't take that long! Glad to know it is on the way though!

phew, happy for you! I came uo with very high blood pressure, because I was so nervous about they eye test! Haha but thankfully it wasn't included on the report as he believed it was a one off ! Haha

No problems at all. They didn't check eyes separately, so had no problems, I didnt mention lack of vision in left eye and it was fine because the overall eyesight was still very good. Big relief.
