Default Immigration Medical Exam vision concerns

Hi folks,

I am in the process of PR through spousal sponsorship in Canada and have got to the stage where I have been asked to book a medical.
I have booked the medical but on reading about it I now feel very worried about the vision test part of the exam. I have scarring on the cornea of my left which has left the vision on that side very poor. My right eye is incredibly good still and I rarely even notice my left eye is damaged. My worry is that testing if the eyes individually and me failing the vision test because of this. Because of the nature or the damage to my left eye, glasses cannot seem to improve the vision.
I'm very worried that my vision may risk my approval of PR and wondered if anybody else has been in this situation or knows more about it than I do?

Many thanks,

Sean

I basically can't see out of my left eye and it wasn't an issue.

No problems at all. They didn't check eyes separately, so had no problems, I didnt mention lack of vision in left eye and it was fine because the overall eyesight was still very good. Big relief.
