We have scaled down our business in view of the "Big Move" but even if we were not thinking of emmigrating to NZ, I doubt we would employ again... too much...

It might be too late now but... you are legally entitled to 1.66 days holiday per month worked from your first month in the job! Any owed holidays must be paid pro-rata when the employee leaves. ...

I agree in principle with what you are saying but not all visa types give 5 years - ours is 9months. Plus it is possible to negotiate on the length of your rental agreement; at the end...

Don't get put off if your house doesn't fit the "Norm" of what might be in there at the time you are looking... just place the ad; its a national paper and people even subscribe to it...
