You should ask British Council to send another certificate to DIMA office. You are entitle at 5 certificates with no other fee from British Council.

I don't know about sales representative and SIR visa, but I know that NSW accepts sales repr for STNI. and in my opinion STNI is a better option than SIR.

it is not necessary for the assurer to be relative with the applicant and you can have 3 assurers if only one will not meet the 38000 (?) target.

It is mandatory to inform DIMIA about this. I heard about a similar case with no CO but with acknowledge received and AHC personnel paid a visit to the applicant employer before DIMIA sent medical...

1400 - 2300 AUD agent fee (non refundable of course)

about 1.5 year till the final decision is make by the MRT.
