I am in a similar position and considering at buying a narrow boat, pottering around the canal network from May to October. then back to Spain. The boat and contents would go into winter storage.

Hi, if you just looking for an address to get the padrÃ³n, might be worth looking at small, inland villages. Where I am rents are c â‚¬200 per month and the last house to sell was â‚¬14,000 euros.

Thank you for posting this, a very interesting read. It looks like a Sipp will be treated as investment income rather than general/ earned income.

Post Brexit, as a third country national I think you now pay tax on the gross rental income rather than net income after expenses which was previously the case.
