Me too... but I have witnessed so many friends, family and colleagues who have regrets, struggled and made bad choices, hence the business.. ;)

We would happily work for a client at auction either with clients present or over the phone, although unlike Sydney and Melbourne...

Totally, Along with expats, we are intending to specialise in FTB I believe they get a very raw deal at the moment and pay too much, often in haste under pressure.

Totally agree, but the market will not always have the flexibility to enable a reduction in price. I believe the role of the buyers agent is undertake significant...

We shipped everything!!!... and don't regret it at all.. the only thing that stopped working with in a couple of weeks was the tumble dryer.. so I have to hang everything out now.. no dramas though...

Hi we did the flights in September with children of identical ages.... we decided to fly Emirates, ie 3 x 7 hour flights, we had a holiday in Dubai and 3 nights in Singapore, so took our time...
