So I was in a blanket L1 and was advise that some consulates look at you funny if you don’t live in the country. Some not so much.

for example the Dutch consulate wouldn’t see me at that time as...

I don’t think they will be able to fly with me as they will be on a esta and I will be in my L1A. I don’t think they will be in any of the specifics to waive the travel ban

I had the same issue with my L1 so I ended up going to Mexico to get it was an experience for sure

I go back and forth about once a month right now. It was hard at the start and lots of delays.
