As much as I know as an anaesthetist in the UK, Canada does not have ODPs. In the equivalent of cottage hospitals (of which there are many given how much of Canada is not densely populated urban...

Thank you, that all makes sense. Just being able to have the space for 2 or 3 horses without the need keep them elsewhere would be a step up from where we are at now.

That place is actually for sale, £1.7m! Too rich for our blood. We would rent initially anyway if we were to make the move, which would be ages away as I understand the process is long.
