What exactly is a Hall Flat? It was said here... "rather than "hall" flats where the living room opens directly onto the corridor"

So it there just no formal entryway? Or it is some kind of shared...

No company assignment here. A friend is paying 130000/yr for a very nice villa in Jumeirah (vs 144000 for the above mentioned 1br). It is hard to beleive the month-to-month rates are so much higher...
