I would highly recommend Rainier. They were excellent all around and I would certainly use them again.
I didn't love the packers they subcontracted to. They didn't do a great job I found out on this...

We just arrived in the UK from SF Bay Area and our belongings will arrive next week. It was a 5 week shipment.

Thanks for responding. That answers most of it, but do we both need to put that we have them as dependents? In the sponsor section they also ask if you have any dependents.
So we both include them...

I applied from the US for my kids passports. We printed the form and mailed it to a friend who is a physician. He completed it and mailed it off. It was easy. He is American and lives in the US.
