Work out the maximum total of KW you are likely to need at any one time. Avoid having the oven, kettle and water heater all on at once for instance !
Then ask your supplier to reduce your 'potencia'...

The link confirms the charges were correct. I'm amazed suppliers aren't obliged to warn you of them in advance though.

Thanks for your reply but you've misunderstood. No electrical work was required. I have one of the latest meters fitted. Meter readings can be taken remotely and i believe setting the trip out point...
