I have not sent it because, the checklist for I-129F petition doesn't ask for fiance(e)'s birth certificate. They will ask for it when your fiance(e) attends the k1 interview.

for us initial interview july 25th. handed out the 221 g after 8.5 hours of waiting and 1.5 hrs of 'religious inteview', because we come from different backgrounds.
Got a call from consulate...
