Not sure how you get that price... I did mine in a shop that acts for DHL but the price is just P1000 more than the official DHL shop price thats always less organized. Wish I could get your price....

Dont believe all you read. Its most definitely two years. The fee.. mine isnt the ex military program so I paid P42k and some change yesterday.
Not even sure why ex military pay so little for this...

Thank goodness hsbc have no problem sending credit /debit cards to Philippines.. whether from HSBC Hong Kong or HSBC Jersey . They mail twice.. once for card, once for pin which makes a lot of sense.

One usd per day for annual fees. Thats most acceptable to me and price hasnt increased in past 5 years. Off to do annual renewal next week. can now renew for 2 years at a time.

Have a mate who worked for UN. Has to do a voice message for Proof of Life . Much easier/ smarter and logical than filling in a form , and getting a "responsible person " to countersign.
