oh that’s so good to know thank you! We know our estate agent quite well so I know he’d handle that well for us if it came to it but good to know there isn’t a tax issue if that happens :)

House is likely to sell very quickly - we live in a very tourist area where houses are sought after, estate agent reckons 3 weeks of marketing then auction and should sell as they have buyers already...
