Not official yet but Spain is looking to end the 14 day self isolate rule as from July 1st from selected countries. Whether UK will be among them from the start will also have to be confirmed as well...

Correos are still advising that their offices are open 9.30-12.30 but as international flights are greatly reduced do not expect the standard 4-7 days for letters to other EU countries.

1st line on the golf course are going for between 90-100,000 with R28 being the exception, up to 130.

2nd line are more like 65-90,000 and 3rd line 45-70,000.

2nd course lots are still going...

It is a nightmare whichever way you go unless you itemize each and every item into a manifest showing...

How was it sent from the States? The carrier still has possession until resolved with Customs or returned. If original carrier is known such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, USPS etc then you can track progress...
