i think i been there, got chased by barstaff for not paying for beer when we left....(loong story, visitor, thought id payed for beer when i got change for pool table..hey, who knew :) )

ehehehe, no mate, im (originally) from blackburn lancashire uk....spent most of my teens/adult life in london tho, before moving to ottawa. will look them pubs up tho for sure, hamlet aint too far...

Nah, checked it mate, she was covered upon touchdown....never "officially" went away, she was on a working holidaymaker for 18 months...

each as in per person, yes. BUT its only for me, as im not covered by canadian health (uk-nhs) for the first 90 days.
Julia is already covered by being a national.
$156, about 65 quid, for 90 days,...

nah, aint confidential...
went with Canada Life, got 90 days cover (till ohip kicks in) this is upto $150k (other expenses, ambulance etc) and is unforeseen accidental cover. ...

Yep, temperatures dropping like a stone here too. Aint quiet freezing yet, but seeing yer breathe is a sure giveaway.
Wow, been here a week already..trees all shades of brown, some now bare, aint...

Yeah, missingcanada (julia) aint missing it anymore thats for sure. Zellers, winners, the bay, etc have all fallen foul of julia and the cibc plastic...great feeling to have her...

Only stuff ya plug in the wall. Newer appliances also have a swich in the back that takes them down to 110volts what canada uses. PLus radioshack sell power gender changers, ie british plug to...

yeah, hold it wierdly, ya can just ake it out..girly in thomas cook showed me it..its a perfect hologram image of the pic ya supplied on pp request. apparently, they take ages in the travel agents...
