One of my friend here in HK Have a property there in UK he have agreed to provide us temporary accommodation .Can I just submit a letter from him or I need to submit some other documents as well.

Yes but it’s not practical to rent for long term until my spouse visa is confirmed. Can we arrange a temporary accommodation eg. for a week.

I don't want to get rejected so I am looking for people advice. And UK spouse visa rules have been changed a lot after supreme court decision there was no exception circumstances and other rules...

My son and my wife had to move to HK as my UK spouse visa was rejected 4 years ago due to MIR.

I agree with you but these funds will be available to me during the period of limited leave applied for. The statement below creates more confusion mentioned in Exceptional circumstances

This funds cannot be withdrawn until i leave HK and i am not fully relying on this fund but these fund needs to be counted to make it 62500 .
