Document Scanning Assistance service for UK Spouse Visa at VFS
I took Document Scanning Assistance service to submit my UK Spouse Visa application at VFS Hong Kong but i still haven't received any notification from Sheffield i am not sure if they have received my documents Anyone knows how long does it takes . Please help to share your experiences

I would send the documents direct to the HO in Sheffield to make sure using a pre paid return postal address. Then contact the UKVI upon receiving confirmation from the courier that it has been received to confirm they are processing this.

If your documents were scanned at the VAC then Sheffield will have them. You won’t necessarily receive a confirmation email.
