that's true, may look at Vancouver if we have an office there. i was hoping for San Diego as I love California and I am beach person. Worst comes to worst I can just take some time off and spend it...

thanks guys that's really helpful. seems like the L visa may be the best bet for me i guess, but i can imagine it'll be a hassle for them to take me on the payroll for just 3 months

not extensively, i was initially hoping a tourirst visa may work as I would only be there for around 3 months but i guess i'll need some kind of working visa
