I vote UAE exchange. I have used other services, hell I even tried Revolut and the rates are similar to UAE exchange (so much for their disruptive fintech malarkey?!)

MoneyCorp etc are all a waste...

75% mortgage 2 years fixed @ 3.2% and then something like BBR + 2.65%. It's a buy-to-let mortgage offered to LTD companies

Update- I have just purchased a property in UK and the way I did it was to form my own company in the UK and got a mortgage from state bank of India who have offices in the UAE and Wolverhampton....

Thanks for the advice peeps. Originally I was going to ignore the hotels, because they advertise ridiculous rates (190k per year for a 1 bed apartment at the beach Rotana for one year! Jog on!) BUT...
