I have friends who are teachers their package consists of:

Salary - from. 12-15k a month depending not the school
Accomodation - provided by the school
Travel
Health - private

Scamp Its around 50K Riyals less then the debt. I was thinking to pay a sum and negotiate a payment plan to pay the remainder from the UK.

Who do you owe money to? If its a Bank as far as I know when you resign or are terminated your employer will pay your final settlement into your account but will also inform your Bank you are leaving...

There is not really much to do. The locals are not that friendly to be honest any friends you make will be other expats. There is no public beaches like in Dubai your literally working to get paid...

I am in Qatar and I spend around 300 to 400 Riyals a week on food and thats with at least 2 meals out with friends. 😁😁😁😁 Hopefully helps but obvs not an exact figure.
