Advice needed - owe money in Qatar but want to move to Dubai
I owe money to Qatar but want to move to Dubai. Are they connected and how do I go about it?

Are they coming from outside the GCC (money owed to Qatar is from another life)?

Who do you owe money to? If its a Bank as far as I know when you resign or are terminated your employer will pay your final settlement into your account but will also inform your Bank you are leaving then the Bank will deduct what you owe them. I was told this by my own HR team but not sure how accurate it may be....if its a person then just leave lol
