Thanks. I didnt realise the form gave the option of 'other' but requires the date in which it changed. Maybe I can put her English name there with a cover letter?

Hi. So we both have the lock to the main door and then separate lock to our own studios. The corridor has a washing machine which we share but apart from that very private.

Property Inspection Report

Hello

The flat is split into two self contained studios. You open the main door and can enter A and mine, B.

Honest advice here, would I need to get an inspection report here?

People do refer to her at work by her English nickname yes.

All our relationship evidence is referenced via her nickname too.

She just doesn't have any official documents under that name.

My bank statements come up as Mr C D Kwan
and my payslips only sjow Mr C Kwan

will this be an issue?

Accommodation question

I am staying in a rented studio where all bills and paid for.
Is it ok to not have any utility bills/council tax under my name?
