Before making application
Hi.
Before my spouse submits the application (which will be in several months), how far back will they accept certain documents such as,
passport photo
TB test
getting degree certificate verified
Does it have to be in a certain timeframe before she submits the application?
Obviously we would like to make a start on some of the steps before I get my 6 month payslip and then submit the application.

You've listed three different things, each with differing expiry dates. If you ask vague questions then expect vague answers. TB test results are only valid for six months as five seconds on Google would've told you. NARIC certificates don't have expiry dates. Passport photos will need to be recent, e.g. taken within the last month.
