Also I appreciate your comments regarding things being more expensive in NZ, and to ship over everything.
but I have checked some baby furniture and the price seems similar to UK, so not everything...

-Dyson Hoover (cleaned as good as possible)
-PS4 (bought Christmas 2015, used but shipped in original box)...

Do not know if this is a thing, maybe it's just wishful thinking.

Can I claim any tax rebate on my accommodation costs?

I had received a price list, not a quote.
Using the price list and the requirements on the INZ website, I came to the total price of £600 for me and my family.

Just so your aware, I have had a job offer from fletcher but they could not place me in the required location at the time.
