I called BlueCross BlueShield and although you can subscribe on a monthly basis and cancel at any time, they will only insure from the 1st of Jan 2017. Does anyone know of an insurance company...

DS-260 and medical done a while back, I just did my notification of applicant readiness and straight after tried to book an interview but I get that "not ready for appointment" error...
