I have been looking for a job in Canada for about 4 years now, have bought local phone DIDs (voip phone numbers), so all my applications have a local address and phone number matching to the region...

There are quite a few Brits in Vegas, I go to Nevada at least once a year and always run into them. Some are self-made (own business) and some got married there.

As of today (02/01/16) I was invited to apply for the IEC visa (working holiday category). I was selected out of the pool and the notification email came this morning.

First of all - unless you tell Paypal about your bank details (ie registered address, mailing address, co signers,...) they will not find out. Banks do not share any personal information to paypal...
