By LAW, landlord should pay deposit in a monthÂ´s time AFTER tenants rental agreement ends. As it has been mentioned here before, smart thing to do is just not pay for the last month.

I am using Simyo for years now and I am pretty sure itÂ´s the best priced for the service you get. You can order Sim card online (prepaid or contract) and it will arrive in 3 days. No english website...
