There seems to be conflicting info. about whether she'll have to appear in person at the US embassy to get a B visa. The instructions say she will, but on the form it says she MIGHT have to appear...

Naturalization today--question

I have the oath ceremony today. The stock letter says to bring:

--this letter
--green card
--reentry permit or refugee travel doc
--any immigration documents you may have

It's that last one,...

My feelings too. I don't need the hassle of applying for a waiver if she gets turned around, to say nothing of the heartache it would cause her and the kids if they were all expecting to see one...

Anyone know how long I-130s are taking, on average, through Texas? There are no processing dates showing on the USCIS site...
