Land registry document

Hello,

Is it necessary to submit the original land registry document for where we will be staying in the UK? I have a copy of it, and am hesitant about using the original.

Thanks.

Re: VAF4A form, bringing a British child

That's what I thought too, Michali. In section 1.27 I have written that we have a daughter together and she is British. However section 4 clearly says it needs to be completed if there "are children...

Re: After the visa has been issued....

Well, I didn't know about that. I thought once the application had been approved, you had a shiny 2.5 year spouse visa in your passport. What does this vignette look like?

Re: Spouse Visa Documents Check list

I've decided that in my case I'm going to complete the SU07 form and take it anyway, just in case they do need it, although I'm pretty sure I don't. Better to be safe than sorry!

Re: Spouse Visa Documents Check list

Ruri, in your checklist I see that you have put "completed sponsor form" in there. I assume this refers to document SU07/12 - is this a necessity for a spouse visa application? I've googled it and am...

Re: Do I need to show evidence of where funds came from more than 6 months ago?

Thanks michali. I agree that it's always better to include more documentation and evidence than not enough. In that case I've got a bit of work to do! I appreciate your help.
