Thanks George,

I did read form 47P before and was a bit unclear, It says if you dont have a criminal record then just go to local police station and get a PCC
otherwise

I called them just now and it fixed the problem, I could now actually send my transcripts to ACS, that is such a relief. One question for you

I think you have to go to indian embassy in the country of residence and ask for the PCC, will like to know more as i will also have to take the same route eventually.
