I did read form 47P before and was a bit unclear, It says if you dont have a criminal record then just go to local police station and get a PCC

I would like to know from anybody who has done this before or know any thing about it.

Do i have to go to the local-police station and fill out form C-216C without doing fingre-prints and request...

I called them just now and it fixed the problem, I could now actually send my transcripts to ACS, that is such a relief. One question for you

On the printed copy it only says Microsoft...

I have sent 5 emails to microsoft since last night, and still waiting to hear from them. I have given them every bit of information i had regarding the MCSD. Now just hoping that they get back to me...

I think you have to go to indian embassy in the country of residence and ask for the PCC, will like to know more as i will also have to take the same route eventually.
