AINP- Alberta PNP has been suspended and anyway it will not give you 600 points.


Regarding electrician qualification in UK- is it NVQ? As far as I know you can not assess trade certifications...

Yes, I have dated and stamped receipt from Canada post (where I can see who sent it and the address where it sent to) with tracking number and I have a print out from Canada post with that tracking...

My main question is HOW can I prove that I applied for the new work permit BEFORE my initial expired? The only proof I have is application forms and Canada post slip...

That's the point- this lawyer specialises in Immigration!!!!!! And I flagged that I am on IEC visa and CANNOT extend my work permit but she insisted that I CAN so I kept looking how I can but...

Yes, I looked over and over again at this. But at the same time CIC states that you can apply for a work permit after LMIA application was submitted but not received yet- I have applied for a Labour...

Just keep in mind that ACCA is UK qualification and in Canada you will need to be CGA. I know that if you are fully qualified ACCA you can change it...
