I don't think taxes are going to bother too many people who wish to immigrate to Canada, I still think Canada has a lot more to offer than the countries they are immigrating from otherwise they...

Hello well we bit the bullet and went to the Border and they removed the restrictions, issued a new visa until the PR one comes through. Fab news and great day :-)
