My father has not lived in the US for the required time but my grandfather has. So that's why we have completed Part 4. Everything is correct then, isn't it?

Instructions for N-600K says that you also have to give proof of legitimation. Is my birth certificate with my dad's name on it enough? I am born out of wedlock. I am now in the custody of my father...

I am going to use the N-600K to claim citizenship. What proof do you use for the physical and legal custody requirement?

There is no minimum of time you have to be in custody, is there?
