I retired to Cebu last year and I love it. Takes a bit of getting used to, but there is always here on the forum to help if you get stuck. I'm from the UK too.

Marks and Spencer in Ayala Cebu do baked beans at 69 pesos for the normal sized tin. Trouble is you frequently get "no stocks sir"

Here in Cebu you have to shop around but you can get some British stuff. Prices can be quite ridiculous. I buy Campbells baked beans from Metro and Marks and Spencer beans from their store in Ayala...
