In hindsight, I know I am wrong - IT IS EASY - just fill in the forms slowly...

The interview at the INS office at Delhi is probably not so difficult - but the BIG issue is that you will not immediately get the visa -after the interview(for which both spouses need to be present)...

Much much longer than that.
People who filed in Nov 1999 are just now after nearly 3 yrs receiving NOAs.
12-18 mths is IMPOSSIBLE
