A lot of vacancies for rigid and artic. Don't be tempted to exchange your UK licence for an Irish one, it will come back minus certain categories. You'll need to get your CPC and tacho card. Good luck

I have lived in Ireland for the last 17 years and have not heard of this permanent resident card.

Citizenship will cost €1150 per person the last time I checked.

The rents are cheap for a reason. You should go Southside, with the possible exception of Malahide, but it's a fair ride out.
