Yes, file number is last 4 digits. Just to give you an idea they are currently reviewing May applications (file number 23's).

You are right theres many variables to consider, is there a quota ? If there's is and its exceeded will these be reviewed as part of next years quotas as opposed to just being rejected alltogether....
