I thought the people would be tracked down with a passport? Not by address.

I need it as for my SGS4 for the week in Spain, wouldn't dream of breaking a law, and never have done.

I personally use Hola (an add-on to Chrome) and all content is shown cabled up to TV from laptop.

The pass can be used anywhere in the UK, doesn't matter which council supplies the card.

Yes the satellite dish is pointing towards a british Astra satellite. It receives freeview channels, BBC 1 BBC 2 ITV ETC... But read that channels are jumping to a new satellite as of Feb 2014.

Its just a multiroom box and has one turner as same as my 'generic' freesat box.
