Don't know the answer for sure but do think that the form should be filled in for 'as you are now' and if things change later, then you can always tell them that later too. Don't try and lie but...

I asked this and it seems that as long as your TV has a scart lead and video lead then you can put the aerial through the video and that will sort out the signal for the TV. May be wrong mind but...

Just a quick question - everyone says not to bother taking your TV unless you want to pay to have it modified, but no-one says how much this will cost. Prices on TVs nowadays surely a modification...
