Yep we would do definitely. My biggest concern is getting everything set up once there. We used to own a condo in South florida but sold it a couple of years ago so know how that side of things works...

We have used SunTrust bank since we bought our place several years ago and always found them very helpful. There are loads of branches in Florida too so easy to go in and pay in or withdraw money....
