I hope they can change the system to accept overall results for the points test instead of the least point out of the four components. Someone may be rejected for scoring 9 for all three components...

I think we have to go where there are jobs. After GFC, a lot of things have changed. There are much lesser jobs and more people wanting to work or unable to find work. IMHO.

Countries that have International Social Security Agreements with Australia should be given extra points else australia will be flooded with certain types of people.

There is this backdoor route via other eu countries to get into UK. No need to sit for ielts, work or skill assessments and pay astronomical visa fees so long as one partner is from eu or uk....

Can anyone tell me why europeans (including british) have to go thru the points system to gain entry to australia while australians can easily enter europe (including uk) to work and stay...
