I found it was cheaper to book internal flights through Virgin Blue, rather than take out the QANTAS domestic "Air Pass" that can be added to International flights when booked from the UK.

I've been travelling around for the past 6 weeks and not had a problem. An adaptor is useful, as not all internet cafes supply a lead to hook up, and hotel rooms require it most of the time.

Travelling with lap top for 12 weeks, starting Sunday, and need to find a good nationwide Internet Service Provider.

Also, anyone know if internet cafes allow you to get online with a laptop?

If you are on the move, travelling, then a web based forum is very conveniant. Not every internet cafe is set up with decent newsreader software, if any!

My ISP's news service is very unreliable,...
