Correct. I may have had to do the theory test for car at the same time as the theory test for the scooter because I'm a Canuck and they don't trust us as much down here as they do the Brits.

If by theory you mean the on-road test, this is correct. As I was over 30 all I had to do was sit in front of a computer and answer at least 45 correct questions out of 50 on the combined knowledge...

Came to Oz last June on a 457 visa from Toronto and was eligible for and received LAFHA. Hated the job so 7 months in started looking. Gave notice at employer #1 so had 28 days to leave country...
