Two of my friends went for interview in CHC Singapore they took 40 mins for both of them and same method,they asked them to go for English Wrttien test and for one guy Technical Written...

Is it complusary to produce the employer reference letter for the process,if it is true i feel its stupidity
if i go and ask for letter my emoplyer will right away fire me from the present job any...
