I sent off the first two pages and the court page however sue emailed back telling me to send pages 1-12 (court page) as the court page didn't have my name on it so I sent the whole thing in the end....

Correct Greg. Just ordered drug test online. My FME is helping me with the medical. Saving me a lot of money?!
I'm puzzled tho?! Why are people going on about a alcohol test. Where does it say that?

HB it was a delay in them receiving my complaints history from the MET police so after some chasing they got it in the end.
