Hahahaha love the common sense factor! yea we'll be renting so alot of kittng out wouldn't be for us just yet. I think its about making sensible choices when renting.

well yes we have, Australia is a lot harder to get into as we're not on the skills shortage list, but we are for NZ. Hubby seems to think going to NZ is a good route to OZ.

That's a bit unfair, if you go to other towns like Sharjah you will see older properties, also in Bur Dubai. Arabian Ranches are pretty good builds. Silicon Oasis would worry because of the water.
