I haven't seen anyone doing this on E3, but people do this all the time on H1. You do not need to get a new Stamp with new employer if your old stamp is still valid.

I attended the public relation tele-conference they conducted about the rule you are talking about. Few people asked this question including an attorney, the USCIS and DHS representatives mentioned...

Is it okay to go for Contract Jobs on E3? The opportunity is very good but its a 1 year contract job initially. Will it be good enough to get E3 or one has to be on a Full time job?

I got my stamping in September, it took 5 business days to get the passport via Toll Priority.

Getting stamping for H1b is no different than getting stamping for E3. You need to Fill DS160, pay fee, book an appointment and carry all the required document.

If it helps, I got my H1 renewal there recently and it took 7 days to get passports back after interview. Passports were sent using toll priority.

221g is not refusal letter. When the consulate officer determines that additional processing is required before they can make the decision, they issue 221g.
As mentioned by others, its good sign...

Were you able to get the very first stamping from Canada without problems or you had to make sure first with embassy if you can attend very first E3 stamping from there? I hear mix...

What exactly is meaning of following point? Isn't E3 already employer specific? I mean LCA filed by an employer can not be used for another employer, so employer specific.
